About Nick Graham

Sports Medicine focus in Biomechanics

As a former NCAA Division I and II college baseball player, I know firsthand the physical and mental demands athletes face—both in competition and in recovery. My journey through competitive athletics included not only the highs of performance but also the setbacks of injury, including a significant shoulder surgery on my throwing arm and other challenges along the way.

These experiences shaped my perspective and sparked a deep passion for sports medicine and athlete health. While earning my degree with a focus in sports medicine, I was not only focused on my own recovery but also became actively involved in supporting my teammates through theirs. I witnessed the gaps in injury prevention and the need for more personalized, science-based care.

That’s why I founded Proprio Sports Science—to bridge the gap between performance and health. My mission is to help athletes stay healthy, recover smarter, and train with purpose. By combining my background in competitive athletics, sports medicine, and data-driven training methodologies, I work to create customized solutions that help each individual reach their peak potential—before and after injury.
